Hi, I’m Pieter Lewis! Originally from The Netherlands, I moved to Wellington in 2022, excited to dive into the vibrant fitness scene here in New Zealand. As a long-time Les Mills BodyAttack enthusiast, my passion for fitness led me to earn my Certificate in Exercise (Level 4) from the New Zealand Institute of Sport.
I want to make fitness accessible to anyone, no matter where you’re starting. I am not a born athlete—I too had to find what truly drives me, and now I’m here to help you do the same. Life isn’t black and white, and neither is fitness. I prefer to focus on what really works: smart training, sensible nutrition, and making fitness a lifelong habit.
Fitness is possible at any age, and I’m especially excited to show how strength training and functional movement can transform the lives of men and women over 40. With the right plan and mindset, your goals are within reach. Let’s get there together!
